Journey Homes Warranty Information

Journey Homes, LLC would like to welcome you to your new home. We all hope that your move went well and that you are enjoying your new home! 
While we feel that we have delivered a quality home to you, we are realistic enough to recognize that things do happen. Our warranty, outlined in detail in your Homeowner Manual, spells out the services that we provide in this regard. If a warranty item occurs, please print and complete the warranty claim form provided here or found in your Homeowner Manual. Please mail the form to our office located at 7251 W. 20th St, L-200, Greeley, CO 80634 or fax it to us at 970-330-5357. Upon receipt of your claim, you will receive an email with instructions to access our online warranty website which is listed below where you can track the progress of your claim and confirm when items are completed.
The Warranty staff is available Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm  

Emergencies are rare, but if one occurs, please call our warranty office during normal business hours at 970-352-7072. In the event of an after-hours emergency, we have an employee on-call to handle any emergency at extension 24 at the same office telephone number.
